The current industrial site has an entrance and reception area in the center of the northern side and can be accessed via Chimney Road. In the south-east corner, there is a factory located to the right of the office blocks and canteen. The parking area is located north-west of the yard, near Toe Lane; to the south of the parking area, there is a storage building in the south-west corner.
The new plan, however, will be arranged differently. On the left side of the map, there will be 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom houses, on the north and south sides, respectively. The private road will surround the central block. Three 2-bedroom houses will be arranged in a row and will face the communal gardens to the south. Below this block, parking garages will be located to the north of Swallow Street. On the eastern side of the site, a parking area will be located to the north of the apartment building, which will replace the current factory.
