Overall, it is clear that new glass production consists of four major steps, and different raw material are required for its formation. The recycling of used glass material needs five steps to create new products.
Firstly, the glass creation procedure begins by mixing four major products, that includes, sand, soda ash, limestone, and other chemicals. Secondly, the mixture is heated in a glass furnace approximately at temperature of 1500 oc. Thirdly, the molten material is blown, and finally the wished products gets formed. In terms of recycling, at first stage of technique, the glass is collected. Next, the gathered glass is sorted by its color, and thirdly, the material is washed in order to remove dirt and impurities. Fourthly, the clean worn out glass gets crushed a melted, ultimately, led to the production of new bottles and other products from used ones
