The given diagrams illustrates the number of students enrolled in UK universities,the amount of money that government spent on each student and the students percent related to family backgrounds in the period of 1997 to 2001.
It is obvious that there were several significant changes during the period but the figures followed theirs own trends.In addition,the recorded number of students peaked at 2000 while the money government had spent on each reached the lowest point at the same time.
The year of 1997 witnessed a lowest number of students with just about 1,2 million enrolled in UK universities meanwhile the amount of money spending on each student was 600,the highest data had been recorded.The period from 1998 to 2000 showed a raising trend which crawled from 1.6 to nearly 2 million students while the government spending on each students performed a opposite trend that felt from 300$ to 130$.The diagrams indicated a slight decrease in the number of students in 2001 and the spending amount on student stayed constantly.
If you look at the pie chart closely, you’ll notice that 60% of the pupils come
from high-income family. Meanwhile, the numberof students from middle-income families was 32%, which was four times higher than the figure for individuals from low-income ones, which was 8%.
