The diagram depicts the layout of West Park Secondary School in three different stages of the school starting from its consuption in 1950.

In general, there has been several changes on the western part of the compound with multiple programs added to accomodate new activities as well as expand old ones, and the same is true for the southern areas of the plan, however, there have been few modefications in the eastern and northern parts.

In 1950, there were houses adjusent to the main road, and a farmland behind it, but in 1980 the houses were replaced by a science block tha was added to the main building along with a car park next to it, similarly, the farmland was converted into a sports field. however, in 2010, the car park was extended to the southern side, and it tookover the area of the sports field, consequatively a portion of the playground was converted into a sports field. The main road and building on the other hand, remained the same throughout the years.
