Overall, it is evident that the shopping centre will be modernized with better conveniences such as lifts and escalators. Notably, a few shops are going to be replaced by a supermarket and a cinema, while the department store and a cash machine in the level 1 are going to remain unchanged
Regarding changes on level 1, on the northwestern side, the department store is planned to be expanded and a chain of shops beneath it will be demolished. In the northeast of this area, more shops are projected to be added. In the bottom side, shops is predicted to be redevelop by a supermarket, and stairs above it will be converted into an escalator, While the lift next to a chain of shops in the bottom right hand corner will be moved to the middle of the level 1, and the cash machine in the top middle hand side is going to be remained the same.
Concerning level 2, above the stairs of the previous layout, shops are going to be converted into a big department store, occupying approximately a quarter of the level’s total space on the top left hand corner, along with a new ATM and a lift, mirroring the facilities on Level 1. Under the stairs, stairs are predicted to be upgraded to an escalator, and a chain of shops in the bottom will be entirely replaced by a cinema.
