Overral,salmon fish life 2-7 years,the life cycle in divided into seven stages starting with eggs and larvae.Initially the female lays eggs:the gestation period lasts three month.During this time the egg develops into a larva that feeds on the yolk for several weeks untill they starting swimming in about 5-10 weeks.Swimming in the river for several months helps their finger to develop.Once their toes have formed they become Smolt Salmon this means that from the age of 1 to 3 they can already dive freely in the sea.They spend between 1 and 6 years at sea,during this time they return to the river where they were born to spawn.When they are old enough and spawn they die after 2 weeks.

In conclusion,salmons life cycle lasts for several years which that manage to swim and develop the limbs they need.
