The diagram describes the life cycle of a large fish species known as salmon which takes approxiametely, nine years to get fully developed.
Overall, the life cycle begins with river, where eggs are formed and through a cyclic process eggs turning into salmon in sea.
The life cycle begins with the flow of upper section of river water moving slowly and when reeds grow in it, small stones engrave the eggs of salmon for a duration of 5-6 months. The eggs are then developed into fry which are of 3-8cm in length. Following this, when the lower stretch of river flows in a fast rate for approx four years, this helps the fry turn into smolt which are twice in length of it.
In the end, the smolts are now able to flow reaching finally to an open sea. Here, in an interval of five years, an adult salmon is fully grown conversely able to return back into the same process as its begining.
