Initially, the water is stored in dam section from multiple water sources coming from different section. The stored water then divides water into two different catagories which are pure and waste water. Pure water is then sent for use in multiple places like households, factories, shops and city. Waste water from dam section and city is directly transferred to water treatment plant where it is purified for later use.
Apart from waste water there might come storm water extracted from city. Those storm water is passed through a tunnel which is connected to river which shows that storm water are thrown in river which won’t be able to use again. It works as dustbin for unusable water in Australia.
