In 1999, the dominant proportion of men held a vocational diploma at about 94%. Then, postgraduate diploma took the second place, and remained at 70%. Under two thirds of men held master’s degree, and less 10% of males took bachelor’s degree. Finally, the least ratio of men, was accounted for undergraduate diploma with 39%.
