The first chart illustrates energy consumption in the average household in Australia while the second chart provides information about the greenhouse gas emissions which come from energy used.
Overall, what stands out from the outline are that heating and water heating are the most use of energy household in Australia. whereas water heating is the best energy used in greenhouse gas emissions.
Heating and water heating are both two highest energy consumption 42% and 30% respectively. other applicatin another 15% which twice price of the percentage of refrigeration. as well as the figure of lighting and cooling the lowest energy used at 4 and 2% respectively.
water heating is alos a major source of greenhouse gas emissions, making up alomost a third of total emissions. The second-largest amount of emissions comes from other appliances, at 28% of the total. Heating, surprisngly , is only responsible for 15 percent of total emissions , and firgure is rougly the same as that for refrigeration. The remaining 11 percent results from lighting and cooling.
