The first chart illustrates and the percentage of male and female adults involved in home activities and the other chart describes the amount of time spent on each task per day by each gender.
Overall, we can see that mostly the percentage of ladies who are involved in housel hold work is higher compared to that of gents and even the time spent on doing the work is relatively higher. However gents who do house repairs and the amount of time they spend on doing the work is higher. Both men and women spend who do take care of pets and minutes they on doing that is very similar
The percentage of women spending their time cooking is around 80%, and about 60% of them are also involved in cleaning but the percentage of of men is 60 and 40 respectively. However the the percentage is very similiar in the area of taking care of pets. Females are less involved in house repairs compared to men which is less than 10% and men stand lilttle less of 20%
In terms time spent on each task women stand tall in the area of making food and doing the tidy work which is about 80 minutes and little less then 70 minutes respectively. Men only spend 60 minutes cooking and less then 50 minutes cleaning. Albeit, both genders spend about same time taking of care pets. Male take some where near 20 minutes doing house repairs whereas women spend less then 10 minutes.
