The first graphic shows us the average housing prices in two cities in one country in 2010 and 2015, with projections for 2025.
We may see that in 2010 housing prices between city A and city B was different, city A much more expensive. City A houses costs approximately 300k dollars, city B houses costs approximately 100k, we guess it depends of how city is developed. In 2015 city A houses costs 500k dollars, when city B houses cost approximately 200k dollars. You are gonna be shock when you see how much costs hohses in 2025, prises have skyrocketed, maybe because of the inflation.
Firstly, it is a big problem for a young families and also for poor families. In the second diagram we can see that in 2010,30-35 age group and 70% of them were house owners, when the price actually yet was normal, and other 30% of citizens were renters. Also in that year procent of house owners became bigger for 10%.
In conclusion, i can say if you have a chance to buy a house, be smarter and buy it earlier, because every year price for houses becomes biggere
