The provided maps demonstrate the changes that took place in one classroom since 2010.
Overall, what stands out is that while some features have remained unchanged, there have been some modifications as a result of the relocation of tables and chairs, the removal of teacher’s room and one play area as well as the newly added shelves throughout the given period.
In 2010, there were somethings, a shelf and play area on the top left side. Close to the shelf was a teacher’s room. Just to the left of the entrance, something and another play area could be seen. Moving to the middle area, there used to be three tables along with chairs in front of the windows. On the right side of the classroom, there was another play area near somethings close to the top right corner. In addition, White board, Art area, Adult sink and Child sink were also on the right hand side.
Today, however, the classroom has a different look although somethings and play area on both top and other somethings on the bottom corners have remained in the same spot. Similarly, the White board, Art area, Adult and Child sinks are still on the eastern side. In contrast, getting rid of teacher’s room and the play area on the western part meant there is only one table with chairs in the centre today as the other two have been relocated to the further left and near the entrance.
