It is clear that there are seven stages in this procedure of produce glass bottles, which start with accumulate old glass bottles from public and in the end the new bottles is made.

In the beginning of the process,the wasted glasses are collected from public with three color cap. Next this bottles are dispatched to the processing plant for classification by using transport system. In this plant the bottles cap which are separated into metal cap and plastic cap.Then, sent to the glass breaking machine for grind those glass bottles.

At the following stage of the process those crashed glasses are transferred to the Glass Factory by using car. After that in this Factory, there is a furance in which glass and raw materials are mixed and heated at 1200 degree Celsius. Lastly, the melted elements is superseded to the mixture machine where the new glass bottles are made.
