The given flow diagram describes the recycling process of glass bottles in 7 steps. The procedure begins by transporting collected trash glass bottles from public to processing plant and ends with the conversion of melted mixture of broken glass pieces into new bottles.
At first, the glass bottles are collected from public locations such as beach and park, and shipped to the processing plant after being classified on the basis of their cap material; whether its metal or plastic. After that, they are crushed into small pieces of glass.
Following the previous step, the broken glass material is transferred to glass factory where it is heated in furnace for 1200 degree C along with raw materials. After completion, melted mixture of glass is obtained which is finally converted into new bottles of different shape and size. The recycled bottles are further sent to different industries for packaging of their products.
