The chart depicts the recycling process of glass bottles.
The process is completed in 7 steps with the first step being collecting glass bottles from public into 3 categories: brown, clear and green. The procedure ends with developing new bottles from the melted mixture recovered from factories.
At first, the glass bottles are collected from certain locations including beach and garbage management area. The found bottles are commonly of 3 colors: clear, brown and green. Then, they are transported into recycling industry where they are classified in 2 groups on the basis of metal cap and plastic cap. Following the previous step, the separated bottles are sent into a processing plant separately where they are broken into small pieces.
Aftrer that, the broken glass pieces are transported to industry for manufacturing which involves melting glass and raw materials in furnance by providing heat of 1200 degree C. Once completed, the melted mixture is finally converted into new bottles having different shapes in glass factory.
