Overall, the production of pencil contains ten steps which are planting seedlings, replanted seedlings, thinned, treated, glue, hard-pressed, heat, cutting the slat, sharpened pencil and delivery to user.
First of all, the seeds are planted before it will be replanted into a frame. In 3 years later these seeding grew into trees, then which are thinned and cut down. After that those woods are treated into thin ‘slats’. After 60 days, these thin ‘slats’ are created groove in their front before adding glue and black lead, and then the producers sandwich new slats onto them, next these sandwiches are hard-pressed in the heat, and then they are cut before being sharpened, painted and stamped. Finally, these complete pencils will be delivered to customers
