There are 6 steps that students need to do in terms of fulfilling the form, starts with applying the potential workplace and ends with final report submission. During their worktime, the students need to report weekly to their professor.
To gain the work experience, the university students need to submit their application to the listed workplace that they preferred to. While waiting for the acceptance letter, students need to arrange the time for interviews as well. When the students got accepted, they should submit it to their professor for asking the approval.
The students need to work for a minimum of 10 hours per week over 20 weeks. They need to arrange the work schedule by themselves. Throughout their worktime, they need to submit the weekly Report Form to their professor every Friday. At the end of their workweek, they need to present in the evaluation meeting with their work supervisor. After that, the supervisor should submit the Evaluation Form for the final report. The students expected to finished their final report by the end of spring term.
