In the next stage of approval a student receive acceptance letter from workplace and a student need to submit the acceptance letter to a professor for approval. After that, a student have to arrange work schedule with company to work for 10 hours for 20 weeks.
To continue with the given data, the candidates need to complete weekly report form and submit to corresponding teacher. In the stage of evolution a student have to participate in a evaluation meeting with work supervisor in the final week and then the supervisor submits the evolution form. In the last stage a student submit his final report before last week of spring term and with the submission of final report, the work experience requirements are fulfilled according to the flow chart.
