Overall, it is clearly seen that most of housing types in Liverpool witnessed the lower rate than other nations except for apartments. Additionally, the year of 2009 recorded the lowest percentage of people choosing terraced house in both countries.
There was an opposite tendancy between apartments and detached house. The former registered the higher rate of Liverpool citizens’ preferences among 3 nations, at 59% ;moreover,
London and Manchester was ranked the second and third highest in the ratio of residents choose to live in these kinds of house in 2009, at 29% and 19%, respectively. Meanwhile, the latter saw an opposite trend with the lowest rank belonged to people live in Liverpool, approximately at 15%.
