The provided diagram illustrates the steps of the process to manufacture wine in a small scale winery.
Overall, the process starts with harvesting grapes, including some automated machines and workers then ends with transporting wine bottles to the warehouse.
First of all, various grapes from the vineyards are harvested by the workers with the help of modern machines. Following this, the gathered crops are put into containers. Afterward, leaves and stems are removed from the grapes manually.
Shifting to the fifth step, the cleaned fruits are crushed through the presser and yeast is added at the same time. Next, the produced juice is concentrated in oak barrels to produce quality wine, which takes 2 months for it to be fermented. When the product is ready, the wine is poured into bottles and labeled accordingly, then preparing to be delivered to the warehouse.
