The process illustrates how wine is generated in a small-scale wine factory.
Overall, there are 8 stages involved in the process of producing wine, which include some automated equipment, beginning with harvesting grapes and ending with transporting wine bottles to the warehouse.
In the first stage, grapes are gathered from vineyards by workers and automatic harvesting machinery. Then the grapes are collected and stored in containers. Following this step, grapes are rinsed, with leaves and stems being removed by farmhands. After that, washed grapes are crushed by a presser into grape juice, and yeast is added to this liquid.
At this point, after adding yeast, the grape juice is undergoing fermentation, which is stored in oak wood barrels for 2 months to become an alcoholic drink. In the final stage, while the wine is fermented, it is poured and packed into labelled bottles before being delivered to the warehouse.
