The bar chart illustrates the modifications in marine life of seal, whale, dolphin populations, in four periods, from 2006 to 2018. The vertical axes demonstrates the proportion of animal population from zero to 60.
Overall, it is clear from the chart that at the beginning seals were the largest growing from one time interval to the next, whereas in the end dolphins were the biggest population. Moreover, whales remained relatively stable in all periods.
There was a significant difference between the proportion of seals and dolphins in 2006, as the former comprised 40, while the latter constituted around 17. Additionally, the amount of whales accounted for approximately 23 in 2006.
Turning to details in 2010 where were the lowest share of animals, seals faced a downward trend decreasing to around 23. In comparison, whales and dolphins witnessed a rising trend increasing to approximately 24 and 21 respectively.
As is apparent from the figures for 2014, seals and dolphins increased in number by almost 10, while whales decreased to 21. In 2018 the share of animals were the highest, dolphins ranked the first comprising almost 50 while seals ranked second constituting around 42 and whales ranked last accounting for around 28.
