Overall, the estimated number of prisoners per 100,000 U.S residents, which includes the White ,Black and Latino and the highest ratio in the black age group from 26 to 33 years. whereas from 18 to 41 years, white has a constant rate.
Firstly, the black residents in America have the highest prisoners sent in December, from ages 18 to 33, which is slightly above 7000, and from 34 to 41 is approximately 6500. However, the same age group in the Latino is 40 percent less compared to the black ones, which is around 3000 total prisoners.
Secondly, the white thief ratio remains constant throughout many age groups, starting from 18 to 41 years old, which is about 1000 prisoners. In addition, the least US residents ever sent to jail were from 58 to 65 years old people which included white, black, and Latino.
