The given maps illustrate how the infrastructure developed for 40 years, in the period from 1980 to 2020. Overall, significant transformations occurred during this period, including urbanization, extensive improvements with regards to construction of buildings and the increase in deforestation in the given area.
In 1980, numerous houses were located on the left bottom of the map with a tennis court nearby. Moreover, on the other side of the road there is a swimming pool and leather factory. The map was surrounded by woods and natural parks on the right side, while markets situated on the right bottom of the region.
By 2020, a new branch of road appeared in the center of the city and divided the map into three parts. The leather factory remained, but warehouses were constructed nearby, while forested areas were cut down and replaced with a business center and supermarket. On the right bottom of the map, markets and parks were substituted by a school and large mall. Additionally, the houses that were located on the left bottom of the map were modernised until residential areas, and tennis courts that were situated nearby were displaced by gas stations
