The bar graph illustrates information regarding the predicted growth in production of food required to fulfill the hunger of the global population in six continents namely: Africa, Asia, North America, South America, and Europe in the year 2045. The data has been calibrated in million MT.
Overall, an extreme amount of increase in the food manufacturing has been observed in the continent of Africa. On the other hand, the other four continents have been estimated to have a much lower incline comparetively, with Europe having the worst numbers out of all.
Africa, the largest probable producer of food will see an approximate increase by an amount of 400 million metric tons in the year 2045. While South America, that is being predicted as the second highest in the list of continents, is observed to have a growth of 100 million MT which is literally a quarter of the amount in Africa.
The other three continents that are; Asia, South America and Europe will see a climb in production rates by less than 50 million MT, with Europe recording a next to nothing amount of growth.
