In 1971, household having no car has the highest percentage followed by one car. The lowest was 2 or more cars. The trend gradually shifts with time where in 1981, the minimal decrease in the percentage of no car can be seen whereas there was an increment in 2 or more cars. A small decrement in the percentage of one car can be visible too.
Between 1991 and 2001, household having one car has the highest percentage. Also, there is a drop in the percentage of no car as compare to the earlier years. Household having 2 or more cars dropped a bit in numbers in 1991 but in 2001 their percentage steadily increases. At last, household having one car was above both other categories which were very close to each other.
