To start off, North America records the most dramatic in their percentage, accounting for about 34 percent for wealth and just under 6 percent for population. This comparison is also mirrored in the proportion of wealth and population in Europe and Rich Asia-Pacific, albeit with smaller proportion, where roughly 30 percent and approximately 15 percent in a European country, respectively. For Asia-Pacific, it show just over 23 percent and about 5 percent, respectively.
By contrast, the rating in China shows the highest portions in population with around 21 percent for citizens and 1 percent for wealth. This different trend also records in other Asia-Pacific, India, and Africa with population share between 17 percent and 15 percent and with wealth portion accounts for only 1%-3% of their totals. Additionally, the percentage of Latin American and Caribbean amount to 6 percent for wealth rate and just below 4 percent for population rate, making it the smallest difference between wealth and population rates across the eight nations.
