In 2010 Waterfront’s house price was one hundread forty thousands dollars which is quite close numbers to downtown’s sell cost.It was just 35 thousands dollars more than Waterfront’s.Universty Park and Uptown had huge differences with one was 200 and other was 275 thousands.

In 2020 The prices had various changes,One of them rose but the others lost valuaes..For İnstance Uptown’s prices lost 100 thousand dollars worth and fell to 175 thousand dollars also Downtown’s costs fell to 100 thousand dollars by losing approximately half of its worth in the other side Waterfront just lost 5 thousand dollars and reached 135 million dollars however Universty Park’s house prices rose 25 thousand dollars and saw 225 thousand dollars.
