The graph shows the average prices of single family homes in four different neighborhoods in the city of Plimsburgh during the years 2010 and 2020.In all but one neighborhood,prices were lower in 2020 than they had been in 2010.
In 2010,the most expensive place to live in Plimsburgh was the Uptown neighborhood,where the average price of a single family home was $275,000.The least expensive neighborhood was Waterfront.The average price of a single family home there was $140,000.
By 2020,prices had fallen in all neighborhoods except University Park.There,the price of a single family home increased from $200,000 to $225,000,and this neighborhood became the most expensive one in Plimsburgh.The downtown neighborhood became the least expensive one in 2020.Prices there plummeted to $100,000 for a single family home in that year.The neighborhood with the least change in price was Waterfront.The average housing price dropped by only $5,000 between 2010 and 2020.
