Meanwhile, the percentage of 1 car ownership doubled from 20% to 40% at the year of 1970, it continued to stay the same for the next 40 years.
In contrast, from the year of 1950 to 1970, the line graph indicates that car ownership gradually increase and continued to have a steady rise until 2010. In the 1950s, only a small percentage of 10% owns more than 1 car.
