Moreover, the grass, which is located on the east side of the office, will be replaced by a coffee machine and a meeting area with some chairs.
At present, the office consists of an entrance in the southwest. Immediately to the left of the entrance, there are four small office units. Opposite them, there is a kitchen, canteen, and storeroom separated by walls. On the right corner of the storeroom, there are WCs. Grass is located along both sides of the office, stretching the entire length of the building.
In the future, the four small office units will be converted into two larger offices, with a central entrance separating them. On the opposite side, two new offices will be constructed, replacing the kitchen and canteen, while the storeroom will remain unchanged. The eastern grass will be demolished and replaced by a meeting room with some chairs, and on the northern side will be a coffee machine; right in the corner will be WCs. In addition, the western grass will be replaced by an outdoor seating area, and opposite it, several chairs.
