Overall, the building will undergo significant redevelopment, with the removal of green areas and internal facilities such as the kitchen and canteen. In their place, more functional spaces, including offices, a meeting area and outdoor seating, will be introduced.
At present, the office building is surrounded by grass on both sides. Inside, a kitchen, canteen and storeroom are located along the top side, while four offices are positioned at the bottom. There are two entrances on the left and one main entrance at the bottom, and a small WC is situated on the right-hand side.
In the future, the grassy areas will be replaced by an outdoor seating area on the left and a meeting area on the right, both furnished with chairs. The kitchen and canteen will be removed, and additional office rooms will be constructed along the upper side of the building. A coffee machine will be installed next to the storeroom, while the WC will be relocated to the top-right corner for better access to the office room. Although the main entrance will remain at the bottom, the internal layout will be reorganised to improve functionality.
