Overall, there were significant increases in both fixed and mobile subscribers, while the latter saw a higher growth from 1994 until in the final year of the period. Additionally, although the majority of people used fixed in the first seven years of the period, this figure was surpassed by mobile subscribers in 2001, with rising to nearly threefold ( 3.1% in fixed subscribes and 8.8 in mobile subscribers ).
It can be seen that there was moderately rise in the rate of people used fixed line phones, started at 1.7% in the beginning of the period, and then increased approximately tenfold in 2001, before reaching a peak at 3.1% in the final year of the period.
Meanwhile, mobile subscribers had a higher growth, started at 0.06%, which was as low as, followed by a subsequent significant growth in 2001, can be seen approximately 3.2% ,before climbing by 5.6% in 2004.
