The chart showcases information about how waste paper is recycled.
Overall, the process consists of 6 steps from collecting to producing usable paper and it can be divided into two parts. Besides, waste paper is one of the most important materials.
At the first phase, it starts with the collection and ends up with transportation. To start with, waste paper is collected from public paper banks and from businesses. Next, the paper is garded and unsuitable paper is removed, which is sorted by hand. Finially, the paper which can be recycled is delivered to paper mill as the transporting stage.
In the second phase, it includes cleaning, de-inking and manufacture. In the beginning, the paper is cleaned and pulped, and other materials like staples are removed, followed by the removal of inks and glues. The final step is that useful materials are sent into paper making machine where usable paper is produced.
