Malaysia start at 30% in the 1970 then expected to rise dramactically to estimated 82% in the future. The Philippines had the highest percentage of people living in the cities in the 1970 at 33% then quickly gets overtaken by Malaysia in the early 70s the Philippines continue to stay between the percentage of 30% and 40% then finally rose to 50% then went back down to 41% in 2010. it is expected to go up to 54% in the future.
Indonesia had the lowest percentage of living in the cities at 15% then increased up to 50% in 2020 and is thought to keep rising up to 62% in the 2040. Thailand had 18% in the 1970 then it rose to 29% in 1990 and continue to stay near the 30% till it rise up to 48% making it the lowest percentage in the future.
