Platinum started the chart as the highest in price metal, with the value of $1500 in 2013. However, its prices began to decrease in 2014, and fell to $1000 in 2015, after which they remained steady. The cost of the metal of gold was stable most of the period, but started to increase in 2019 and grew to approximately $1550 in 2020.
The price of palladium, which was around $500 in the beginning of the chart, mostly fluctuated between 2013 and 2018. However, after that it started to soar drastically and soon take over the values of gold and platinum. In 2020, palladium costed just above $2000, and reached its peak of approximately $2500 in the end of the period.
