The graph illustrates the amount of people who accessed the internet during the years 1998,2000,2002,2004 and where they accessed from. When we analyze the sharp increases it is obvious that people mostly accessed internet from their home and less from library.

During 1998 people mosty used internet from their homes. The sharp decrease illustrates that the most use was there. The second most used place was their work place. College’s and libraries follows the decrease afterwards.

In 2000 people also accessed internet mostly from their houses. The same fluctuation followed after two years but there are some slight changes. Use from home slumped about 10 percent against 1998. On the other hand access from work, college and libraries climed compared to 1998 but the line of the most use is still the same.

Two years later, the grap still has the same fluctuations but there is a significant increase at the internet usage at colleges.

Later on, in the year 2004 using from home rose again with a significant difference. The second most use was from colleges. Use from work and libraries remains the same percentage.
