Overall, it can be seen that home was generally the useful place, opposite the library in four out of six years. On the whole, in 1998 and 2004, home was as accessible as other places.
In terms of home internet usage, all years show high usage, but the most usage occurred in 1998 and 2004, both with a percentage of 55. However, in 2000 and 2002, usage was around 58 and 60 percent. Work was the next most used place, showing the highest usage in 1998 and 2000 with around 29 percent, while the lowest figure was in 2004 at around 17 percent. In 2002, usage was 25 percent.
Looking at college internet usage, 2002 shows the highest point at 24 percent compared to other years. Meanwhile, college usage was lower in 2004 at around 18 percent. Both 1998 and 2000 show about one-fifth usage. Lastly, library usage was much lower, with just over 10 percent in 1998. The next four years show some fluctuation.
