Overall, it can be seen that all countries expected a decrease, however, the reverse was true for only Spain, which increased over the period given.
In 1970, the amount of average carbon dioxide for Sweden accounted for 14, however, it expected decrease over the period given. Moreover, it constituted approximately 9 in the final years. Similarly, France had same story like Sweden, which composed 9 at the beginning of the period, and decreased until 6 in the final years.
On the other hand, the consumption of carbon dioxide for Spain was 4 in 1970. After the years it comprised around 7 in 2010, by followed France in the last years.
Additionally, the Ireland consumption was around 9 in the first years. In 1990, it soared to 11 and Ireland was the country with higher average carbon dioxide, emissions per person than all three countries in this year, however, it decreased to 8 in 2010.
