The number of whales saw fluctuations between 2009 and 2014. In 2009, there were 80 whales and after that dropped gradually before it peaked at 100, and it became largest share out of the three species. However, after this year, the number of whales were following the same trends the remander of the period, and its number was under 80 at the end of the period.
