Overall, it is seen that the percentage of having 1 car & having 2 or more cars are showing small increase where the data about having no car are having significant decrease over these years.
The percentage of houses having no cars were almost at 50%, by going down it went up to almost 30% till 2001. The families having only 1 car were about 35% in 1971, by year 1981 it went to 30%. Till year 1991 it fired up to almost 50%. In year 2001 it goes down to 42%.
The family having 2 cars were at 15% in 1971 from there it went to 28% in 1981. In year 1991 to 2001 it went from 20% to almost 28% showing an small increase over the time.
