Overall, it is evident that most persons had more vegetable based diet as compared to seafood. Additionally, over the period given, there was a fluctuation in the rate at which people consumed all categories of food, except seafood which remained relatively unchanged through out the time frame.

Vegetables and fruits began the period at 140 kilograms, and 80 kg per person respectively. however,20 years later, the purchase of gluten-free diet dropped dramatically to a low of 120 kg annually while only 80 kg of fruits were consumed. Despite the fluctuance in the consumption of vegetables, the annual yearly record of each individual reached a peak of 160 kg and 140 kg respectively.
