Overall, percentage of elder people who spend their free time by hiking had a huge increase and the percentage of elder persons who spend their free time going to theatre had a dip.

To begin, during 1980s 30% of elder humans spend their free time by reading. This went up by 40% during 1990s and had a dip of 20% during 2000s. Later, in 2010s the percentage rate went up to 60%. Meanwhile, 20% elder people preferred Hiking during 1980s and increased 20% in each year that is in 1990s and 2000s, this kept increasing till 2010s and reached 80%. The elder citizen who preferred to go to a theatre in 1980s was 50% and it decreased to 30% in 1990s and had a small growth of 40% in 2000s. Later, in 2010s it just went up to 45%.

To continue, 60% of the elder population spend time by watching TV during 1980s and increased 5% each on 1990s and 2000s respectively. Later, in 2010s 5% elder people lost their interest watching TV. Finally, 5% of elder generation spend their free time by surfing the internet and had a 5% increase in both 1990s and 2000s respectively. Later, it had a huge growth for about 50% in 2010s.
