It is quite obvious that despite great increase, the number of cases equaled to 0 by the end of the given period of time.
Starting with 100 cases in 1983 the number of which then faced a slight increase by the year 1985. After that the quantity of cases rose up to 200, just before rapidly plummeting to approximately 75 cases in 1988. Despite this extreme fall the number of cases rocketed to 400 a year later in 1989. Finally just before its dramatic decrease to 0 in 1992, the number of cases had gradually fallen by 50 and a stable period in 1990 and 1991 respectively.
