Firstly, as it indicates that in the year of 1995 Australia and New Zealand male percentage was reaching 60% whereas the females were exactly same 28%, to be precise. Then in 2005 women’s employment ratio was in 40 percent mark and men’s ratio was crossing 70%.
Moreover, in Switzerland the females of 1995 were at 58 percent and the guys were on the barrier of 70%, later on in 2005 the male employees were reaching nearly 80 percent of the market and the ladies were not going backwards and they were crossing 70%.
