This bar graph represents the information of the employments scenario in the time of 1995 till 2005, in various countries like Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, UK, New Zealand, And USA, although the percentage were pretty fascinating to see how people survived it.

Firstly, as it indicates that in the year of 1995 Australia and New Zealand male percentage was reaching 60% whereas the females were exactly same 28%, to be precise. Then in 2005 women’s employment ratio was in 40 percent mark and men’s ratio was crossing 70%.

Moreover, in Switzerland the females of 1995 were at 58 percent and the guys were on the barrier of 70%, later on in 2005 the male employees were reaching nearly 80 percent of the market and the ladies were not going backwards and they were crossing 70%.

Thirdly, the Iceland and UK in the time of 1995 their male employers 70 and 57 percent, and their females was at 49% and 41% then in 2005, ladies were at 51 and 61 percentage, and gents 71 and 81%.

Lastly, USA the male employees was trying to cross the 60% barrier and females were at 43 percentage, but in 2005 the tables have turned and the gents ratio was at 70% and ladies 61 percent with great numbers.
