Overall, Germany’s spent remained on the top among other three countries for 10 years. Furthermore Germany, France, Italy, and Austria’s indicators, despite some fluctuations, illustrates a rise between 1995 and 2005.
To begin with, Germany’s rise was during 4 years, starting at $80 million to $90 million. After that there was a falling to nearly $85 million. Then again, a growth in two years to under $100 million. Similarly, Italy’s residents, who earn books, before had a steady surge to over $60 million, illustrates some fluctuations between below $50 million and roughly $57 million during 6 years.
Although the Austria’s allocating money were the fourth out of four at below $30 million in 1995, it became the third country, who was lower on nearly $50 million than France. While France climbed up steadily from $57 million to $77 million during ten years.
