In 1997,the average expense of apartments was almost $200k. In 2002,this picked up to about $530k. Till last years, it fluctuated and got to $600k. Besides, the beginning cost was approximately $190K in country B. There was noticeable rose. In 2005, it went to $300k and in 2008 it fall to $260k.
