Similarly, there was an upward trend in the average house price in countries C from around $125k in 1997 to nearly $250k in 2007.
Having experienced a sharp growth in 2003, the average price of houses in country A reached a peak of approximately $650k at the end of the period, before falling gradually in 2006.
There was a significant rise of about $250k in the average house price in country B in 2014, after decreasing to just above $250k in 2008, the figure for county C witnessed a steady increase to well over $250k in 2014.
