The diagram below provides the data of average temperatures per month in three cities.
Overall, it is noticeable that Paris and Boston have pretty similar graphics, with lower temperatures in winter and higher temperatures in summer. Melbourne, in contrast, has its lowest temperatures in summer, especially in Jule, and the highest degrees in winter.
The graph shows that Boston has the wildest difference in its lowest and highest temperature. In January, Boston’s temperature was just under 5 degrees. In the same month, temperature of Paris was at approximately 8 degrees. Then temperatures of both cities started rise, and reached their peaks between Jule and August. Degrees in Paris were just under 25 in this period, while the hottest temperature in Boston was about 33 degrees in August. Then, in autumn, the temperatures in both cities started to fall and stopped at the approximately numbers they have started.
Unlike the other two, Melbourne’s temperature has started at just over 25 degrees in January, before it started dropping gradually and stopped at about 15 degrees in July. Since August the number has started to grow again and stopped at the exact same number it started from. This trend in Melbourne looks alike with Paris’ and Boston’s trends in the end of the year.
